Important-Notice-MCA learners for Project Proposal/synosis by IGNOU RC 2

As per IGNOU RC 2 now students have to submit  attested copy of PAN Card of Guide while submitting BCA or MCA Projects or synopsis.

As per revised project guidelines, all MCA students  are hereby informed to attach attested copy of 

PAN Card of guide or self-attested copy of  employer’s photo identity card carrying signature  of guide alongwith biodata in Project proposal /synopsis of MCA Programme.
